Apple Valley, Minnesota (Under Construction)

10K Architecture is working with a Twin Cities based developer on the design of a new two-story 56,000 square foot pickleball and food hall concept in Apple Valley. The facility is to house 16 indoor championship size pickleball courts, and a two-story food hall. The food hall is to feature unique food vendors, self-serve beer taps, and a variety of comfortable sitting areas. Also included are a VIP lounge, gaming area, and overlook to the Pickleball courts. Construction commencing fall 2025.
