10K Architecture is working with our client to design a guest home and gazebo overlooking Big Sand Lake in Park Rapids, Minnesota. The guest home will provide comfortable accommodations for family and guests while incorporating essential storage for the owner’s pontoon, ATVs, lawn equipment, and lake toys.

Perched atop the lake bluff, the gazebo will take full advantage of stunning views across Big Sand Lake. Designed for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors, the space will feature a wood-burning fireplace, generous areas for dining and lounging, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a built-in wood-fired pizza oven. Concealed, automated roll-down screens will provide protection from insects while maintaining the gazebo’s connection to the surrounding landscape.
