Far from the days when tractors occupied the building, this renovation of a landmark houses some of the most desirable condominiums in the North Loop. The warehouse building, constructed in 1916 was completely overhauled 2007. The renovations included the addition of three penthouse units on top of the original building. The penthouses feature large patio spaces with a premier view of the Downtown Minneapolis skyline.
