Deephaven, Minnesota

Our client was seeking more space in their existing Deephaven residence. A second story addition over a portion of the house created a private master bedroom suite with incredible views to the wetlands behind the home. Additionally, the main floor was renovated, including a new custom kitchen, remodeled living room with 3-sided fireplace, and a remodeled dining room with built-in buffet. A two-story window at the new staircase brings light into the home, as well as provides a more dramatic approach at the front of the house.
