10K Architecture collaborated with a local developer, builder, and interior designer on this new construction colonial in Edina. The developer was seeking a stately colonial style home that would fit well within the neighborhood context. The layout of the home is based upon classic American colonial style homes, but modified for the modern lifestyle that demands more open, expansive space.
